    We used Sills for many years for wills and property deals, all fine until recently, Firstly after a delayed property deal I phoned to chase the deal and basically inform them politely that I was not impressed, I was in my car using loud speak and had my grandson in the car as I did so, next day an email telling me that Sills run a zero tolerance policy for abuse of staff?, I've never abused someone I employ in my life, secondly greed has crept into this business, charged virtually the full price for a property deal that fell through, yes we pulled out after losing our patience but 6 months after instruction, then we required a Will amendment, the charge ВЈ300? a completely new will cost ВЈ150 with another reputable solicitor, we have now moved our entire business to another solicitor. Avoid this company.
