    had a car from here, less than 2 years old (I have had it for two months) which was an MG3 and still with warranty etc. bonnet flew open travelling with my toddler on a dual carriageway. I have an independent engineers report to suggest it is a manufacturing fault at the least there are other possible things it could have been such as damage sustained to the car pre-purchase which was not disclosed. Charles Warner are breaking the law by ignoring the consumer rights act of 2015, which states they must prove there was not a fault with the car on purchase. They are instead ignoring me and trying to fob me off all the while telling me that the safety of my child and myself is "not their responsibility". Not only this, but their garage cannot agree a quote with my insurance for the repairs so if you ever need any work doing, bare in mind they overcharge. Lacking in any empathy, and happy to be dismissive and break the law, clearly. Don't waste your money.
