    The store itself is brilliant but some of restaurant staff need a few manners. Ordered a sandwich at 12.42 got tea n cake for my friend by 1.02 I hadn't got my sandwich. I asked n was brought out a panini which I hadn't ordered but it was plonked on the table with the words " that's what you ordered " Tea was cold by then my friend had eaten her cake. So I wrapped it up n took it home. V disappointed.
