    BEWARE - the Homelet tenant referencing system is very weak, it is not fit for purpose. Homelet ask the applicant to supply their own contract of employment and payslips. Homelet do not check ANY DETAILS with the applicants employer, so it is wide open to abuse and fraud from unscrupulous applicants. We now have a sitting tenant (who provided fake contract of employment and payslips to Homelet, which they did not spot), who never pays the rent on time and is months in arrears. Their customer service is very slow and it can take up to TWO MONTHS for them to respond to a complaint. So much for being able to trust Homelet eh? AVOID.

    Made a claim with Nathan the other day. I was expecting to have to jump through hoops and argue the toss but it was super quick and painless (think it took about 10 minutes in total). Highly recommend these guys.
