    My friend ordered a fridge and paid extra to be delivered Tuesday. Time given 7am to 7 pm. 7pm comes and goes. No fridge, No phone call, nothing! When she phoned them they say driver couldn't find address on Sat nav, so didn't deliver! Then another time is arranged for Thursday 11-3. She phones after 12 to check when it's coming, they already couldn't find and have left the area! Now no fridge til Saturday! Old fridge was emptied Tuesday morning! Guy on phone not only got the phone number wrong for driver to phone if he couldn't find it, he only wrote down half of the directions down to give the driver! Talk about incompetence!
